Why data is used
The access-link request qualifies the organisation and sends the diagnostic. The questionnaires prepare the collective debrief and alignment analysis. Answers are not used to assess an employee individually.
Data and recipients
We process professional contact details, diagnostic answers and technical data needed to secure the journey. Yves, Eric and authorised technical providers access it only according to their role. Employee answers and e-mail identity are stored separately; the leader receives aggregate data only.
Basis and retention
Processing relies on your consent. An unvalidated request is deleted after three months. Individual identities and answers are deleted six months after campaign closure. Aggregates made irreversibly anonymous may be retained.
Tool and decisions
The technical journey uses Google Apps Script and Google Sheets. No decision with legal or comparable effect is made solely by an algorithm; a consultant prepares and presents the debrief.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and withdraw your consent. Write to yves@hiper-com.com. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority, including Poland’s UODO.
